Arch Environmental Group is currently the home of eight full-time Environmental Consultants, five Hazardous Materials Experts and Technicians and associated Administrative Staff. Each employee is an integral part of our technical consulting team and each environmental specialist is dedicated to servicing your needs. Our Industrial Hygiene and Consulting Division is led by a 10-year veteran of Arch Environmental Group: Mr. Steven L. Roach. Steve has successfully led the healthAIR Divison through some our largest bond-issue environmental projects and has personally conducted numerous asbestos, lead, indoor air quality, mold, and health & safety projects. Steve is a Biological Sciences graduate from Ohio Northern University and is the leader of a very efficient, talented and diversified group of professionals:

Michael Daul joined the healthAIR team in 2004 when our expansion into the hazardous waste management and recycling arena. Mike, originally a Michigan native and graduate of Northern Michigan University, has been working in this field since 1984. Michael's skills were established working at a large emergency response firm in California for fourteen years and later as General Manager of a small hazardous waste firm in Michigan before joining the healthAIR Team. Mr. John McDonald leads our newest Division and has been a key factor in the continued diversification at Arch Environmental Group. John has extensive experience in the hazardous waste management, geological services and environmental consulting. He has been working in the environmental business for fifteen years and has spent most of that time as a co-owner of a small hazardous waste firm in the Detroit Area.
